Fall is really advancing! When I began today, it was 39° (though it climbed all the way to 41° during my ride, and gray and breezy (conditions which remained throughout).
Yesterday I was absolutely exhausted, so I allowed myself to take the day off (as I frequently do on Sunday). My recorded stats today look disgustingly slow, but that's in large part because of a technical problem. When I stopped at Lillie Park for my usual break of nearly 10 minutes, I tried to pause the app ... but it didn't pause, and I only found out when I got ready to ride again, and saw that it was still going.
This gave me a ride of 13.6 miles in 1:59.
