I didn't ride yesterday, because I went up to MSU for the recital of a friend last night, and since that was a bit of stretch for me, I rested during the day and took a good nap.
Today, then, glad to get back into routine, I rode the Packard/Platt Square (slowly).
This gave me a ride of 13.6 miles in 1:56.
