I chose to ride inside on our stationary cycle again today as Michelle and I are still watching our great granddog Benji, and I didn't want to leave him here alone. I climbed on and did a good, long ride while watching the classic movie Schindler's List.
This gave me a ride of 42.4 virtual miles in 3:09.
